A fresh and elegant Spanish cava from Penedès made from traditional grapes Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada with a touch of Chardonnay. Aged around 24 months on the lees, offering fine bubbles, fresh citrus and fruit notes with subtle brioche complexity.
